Sage Hotel Wollongong, Wollongong

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean with very nice staff, and the views were amazing to wake up to. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, and the bar staff were excellent. However, one of the lifts was under repair during my visit.

The hotel offers clean and pleasant rooms with a warm feel about them, but the service can be a hit or miss. The location is ideal for various needs, despite some room for improvement. The dining experience holds potential, though there is room for enhancement in certain areas.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The room was spacious and had a balcony where I could hear and see the beach, creating a lovely ambiance. The price for a suite with a balcony seemed a bit high but worth it for the view. The room was nice, comfortable, and spacious, with a clean and large bathroom featuring separated bath and shower and his/hers sinks in a perfect location.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, but for the price of $395, the value wasn't great. The initial room had a terrible smell of urine, which was unbearable, but the reception staff were understanding and moved me to a different room. The service, without being over the top, was friendly, though at times the staff seemed to congregate among themselves. The location was excellent, close to the beach, shops, and cafes, making it a comfy stay overall. Dining was pricey for what was offered, and improvements could be made in the menu options and food temperature.
